Daily To-Do Checklist (Cleaning & Preparation)

Wipe Sushi Counter, Chair, Cabinet & Sake

Wipe all surface & door handle, make sure no
stain.
Ensure floor clean all times, sweep & mop.
Ensure all chair in right place & position.
Main Room Set up Sushi Counter with Black Napkin &
Chopstick accordingly.
Topup Glass & Cutlery (Inside Cabinet).
Trash can emptied & bags replaced.
Make sure aircond switch ON (Setting: 21°C,
Fan Level: 1)
Switch ON Air Purifier (Setting: SMART).
Prepare hot towel & finger towel.
Wipe all table & chairs, make sure table &
chair in right place/ position.
Bar Counter & Cashier is neat & clean.
Make sure all glass & utensil has been wash &
dry.
All equipment & machine cleaned & ready to
use.
All shelves are free from dust.
Ensure floor clean all times, sweep & mop.
Trash can has been emptied.

Stock checked, noted PIC for replenish items.


Make sure to topup stock inside the chiller.
Sake Bar Ice cube has been refill/ order.
Wipe all surface & door handle, make sure no
stain. (Inside & Outside)

Make sure no food & drink on the bar table.

Make sure no unnecesssary things on the bar,


put in the locker or in the cabinet. (Eg. Door
Lock Paddle & Staff stuff.
To remove dirt on Foot Coilmate (Outside the
door).
To clean cigarette butt inside the ash tray
(Outside).
Switch ON aircond & air purifier.
Play music accordingly to area.
Do Laundry.
Wipe all table & chairs, make sure table &
chair in right place/ position.
All shelves are free from dust.
Vaccum all Sofa.
VIP Room Ensure floor clean all times, sweep & mop.
Wipe all surface & door handle, make sure no
stain. (Inside & Outside)
Make sure the microfon is full battery.
Switch ON Air Purifier (Setting: SMART).
Toilet Make sure floor is clean & dry all times.
(Omakase &
Sharing) Topup Tissue & Hand Soap Liquid.
11am, 5pm, Ensure mirror is free from stain.
8pm
(Omakase &
Sharing)
11am, 5pm,
8pm Trash can emptied & bags replaced.
