GUIDELINES There is a suggested donation of $5.00 per person.
Students, seniors (62+) and children under 12 are free.

1. The Eames House is private property in a residential neighborhood. You are visiting the House and
grounds at your own risk. The Eames Foundation is not responsible for your well-being while you are
on the property.

2. NO visitors are allowed INSIDE the house or studio. The curtains will be open during your visit so
you may view the interior. Please do not lean on the window or glass.

3. Souvenir photos may be taken of the exterior of the House; they may not be used for publication of
any kind. NO INTERIOR photographs of the House or the studio, please.

4. Sorry, no rest room facilities are available for visitors.

5. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. Thank You.

6. Parking is NOT allowed on the Eames property. Please, park on Corona Del Mar Ave. Corona
Del Mar intersects Chautauqua Blvd just north of the driveway to the Eames House. The Eames
House is at the end of a private drive used by several other houses. Please do not park in the driveway.

7. MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE: 25 PERSONS PER GROUP. This means that no more than 25
persons can visit the House at any one time. If you have more than 25 persons in your group, please
divide yourselves into groups of 25 or fewer people.
