Schedule of Events and Information for Wedding Weekend

Hello Everyone!

The wedding is shortly upon us and so I wanted to touch base with everyone so that they know
what to expect for that weekend (times, locations, etc). I already have a lot of people asking me
questions to make arrangements for child care, time off, travel arrangements, etc. This is just
the easiest way for me to reach out to everyone so that you all know what to expect, we both
have large families and hope to communicate as effectively as possible. Please keep this email
for reference as the date draws closer, I also attached it as a word doc if that’s easier for you..
There are a lot of us to stay in contact with, so here it goes…

Friday May 1
Community Building Set Up
Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner

We will be spending a lot of our day at the Community Building Setting up for the reception this
day. Please do not feel any obligation to take time off for this as it is unnecessary, but if you are
already off and would like to be a part of this we will be starting this in the morning that day
(exact time TBD). Mark if you would like to drop any bar items off that day we should be there
the majority of the day!

Wedding Rehearsal will be at 5 o’clock at First Christian Church in Brambram. The address is
100 East Trilateral Street. The following people need to be present for this:

These people do not need to be there, but are absolutely more than welcome to come watch
and then join us for dinner afterwards:

After rehearsal we are having dinner at Crazy in their back room. Because of the capacity
restrictions for this room we are asking for this to be an adult only dinner.

Saturday May 2
Wedding Day

The Bridal Party will be getting ready at our house and the guys will be getting ready at Tim and
Becky’s this day. We tentatively plan to have breakfast and lunch taken care of this day, most
likely Einstein for breakfast and Jimmy Johns for lunch. If you will be at either one of these
places for lunch please email me back with what sandwich you would like so that I can get that
together ahead of time as there will be plenty to do last minute closer to the day. I have spoken
to our photographer and the girls doing our hair and make up to come up with the following
schedule for that day:

8:00am-Girls start getting ready

12:00pm- All bridesmaids should be done getting ready at this point, photographer will arrive to
start doing pictures.

*we are doing a guest dismissal after the service so that we can greet each guest, then will do
our “get away” and come back to start pictures. I have listed the entire list of people who need to
be present for this.

The Picture Guild

I met with Kayla this week to figure out our plan of action for pictures after the service.
She expressed a lot of concern with time between the ceremony and reception because of the
amount of people and different family dynamics. Pictures mean a lot to us and we would like to
have enough time to get a good amount of us alone as well. The best way to accomplish this is
for everyone to be where they need to be and ready to take pictures inside the church when we
get back from our quick little drive around the “block”. We have large families and will be very
dependent on everyone to stay in communication and not leave the church until after we are
done with pictures. The following people need to stick around for pictures:
