COMPANY PROFILE

United Tractors (UT/Perseroan) berdiri pada

tanggal 13 Oktober 1972 sebagai distributor
tunggal alat berat Komatsu di Indonesia.
Pada tanggal 19 September 1989, Perseroan
mencatatkan saham perdana di Bursa Efek
Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya dengan kode
perdagangan UNTR, dimana PT Astra
International menjadi pemegang saham
mayoritas.
Selain dikenal sebagai distributor alat berat
terkemuka di Indonesia, Perseroan juga aktif
bergerak di bidang kontraktor penambangan
dan bidang pertambangan batu bara. Ketiga
unit usaha ini dikenal dengan sebutan Mesin
Konstruksi, Kontraktor Penambangan dan
Pertambangan.
