INTRODUCTION

BACKGROUND

 Sayang Cafe has been open since the year 2008 after the opening of
Technology Park Malaysia College in Bukit Jalil.

 The owner of the cafe is Fatimah bte Zakaria with her husband and they
are selling mix rice as a daily menu.

 Target customers of the cafe are students, lecturers and staffs .

The cafe still operate until now but since 3 years it was opened, there are
bad comments and feedback from the customers.

FOOD

 Do a survey about what studentslike or dislike of food


so the owner know what to serve the menu everyday.

 Well- know about quantity estimation of food so there are


no recycle foods will be sold again.

 Find new experienced cooker and he /she must has


qualification or certificate in the field of cooking.
SERVICE

 The cafe must provide sufficient worker/ at least 5 workers


so that the business will running smoothly.

 Efficient and friendly worker / good in facial expression


e.g. smile and greeting.

 Acceptable price – suitable for student price


PREMISE

 make sure the cafe is clean for customer’s comfort.

The cafe must solve flies problem.


e.g. candle put around the food etc

 make the cafe interesting with beautiful decoration .


CONCLUSION

 SayangCafe have the potential to regain the profit and attract


more customers if they know how to solve the problems.

 The owner should realize that not all students can get
other foods outside the college due to transportation matter.
So, the cafe is bear responsibility to fulfill the desire of their
customers.
