generating reports. Responsible for composition of various surveys. Conducted
research on foreign systems, skills standards and accreditations; presented policy
directions at various levels for the improvement of Pakistan’s TEVT sector.

Developed the research plan for carrying out background research on
“Decentralization in Pakistan”, for the creation of a series of case studies to be taught
at the KSG. In this regard conducted detailed interviews with bureaucrats, ministers
and Local Government officials culminating in summary reports on various
comparative aspects of the three decentralization reforms in Pakistan.

Carried out extensive market research; a cost – benefit analysis for Citibank’s
potential branch in DHA, concluding in a formal report. Formulated and used tools
