It is a policy of Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa to use the “First Aid
Report” form to record any First Aid care given to guest.

It is compulsory to fill-in properly the report by answering all questions.

It is compulsory to copy this report to the Security Manager of the Resort within
the end of the day the incident occurred.

It is compulsory to keep and file the recorder reports for 25 years.

The Health Club Manager must take immediately all the necessary measures to
prevent similar injuries if they have been caused by lack of maintenance.
- E.g.1: Missing tile in the swimming pool having occurred a deep cut on the
guest toe.
- E.g.2: Lots of leaves around the deck – slippery floor
