1. Objectives
1.1. Thenewzpaper.com will be working to promote its site by providing
its link to various popular portals like Face book, Orkut and LinkedIn etc.
1.2. In the very next year thenewzpapers.com would like to generate
revenues for further investments and breakeven.
1.3. From the next year onwards thenewzpapers.com would like to
expand its business in some other internet fields like matrimony, education
etc.
2. Mission
Thenewzpapers.com offers online news in its full-service, centrally hosted, scalable,
remote proprietary virtual servers. It generates e-papers, classified revenues, content
licensing, email marketing, valuation for investors and profits.
Competition:
We have many competitors separately in each service we provide. But there is a
less competition for combination services. No website provides newspapers and
adds booking and listing services tourist portal services at one place. Hence we
have edge over other websites. Providing multiple services is our USP.

MARKETING STRATEGIES:
STAGES OF DEVELPOMENT:
Phase 2(10 days): The collection of newspapers websites and creation of the
website is outsourced to an external developer. A continuous interaction is
carried out with the news channels and newspapers. The website is registered
after its ready.
Phase 3(7 days): A pilot testing of the website is made with a set of chosen
customers. This gives a scope to improve the quantity and quality of
newspapers and bring out the errors in development. The website is launched
and marketing activities initiated.
Phase-4: Google analytics is linked to the website and the visitors are tracked.
The keyword searches will give the content what a customer is searching for on
the page. A customer feedback section is included in the website which enables
us to improve service parameters.

The customer for our product will be mainly the people of all age group. The
