nationwide. Its rich market niche, characterized by corporate clients with large budgets,
significant training needs and receptiveness to new technology, include internet service
Providers, Newspaper publishers, Multilevel Network Marketing and Advertising
agencies Companies.
It delivers its unique news content via Internet-based on news provided by its full-
service, centrally hosted, scalable remote proprietary virtual servers.
Its leadership position is based upon one of the largest online news portal content
assembled by all the major regional news papers, developed by the student of IFIM
Business School in a period of 3 months of research.
Thenewzpapers.com will provide all Indian e-news papers at one place. India has more
than 2000 daily newspapers in 100 languages with a combined circulation of 88 million
and some of leading dailies are Hindustan Times, The Mint, The Telegraph, Asian Age,
Indian Express, Financial Express, The Pioneer and many more.
The demand for online newspapers has been increasing from the past few years with the
growing reach of Internet. India's 60,000,000 Internet users comprise approximately
6.0% of the country's population and about 4,010,000 people in India have access to
broadband Internet as of 2008 figures. E-Papers provide the latest breaking news with a
minute update.

its link to various popular portals like Face book, Orkut and LinkedIn etc.
1.2. In the very next year thenewzpapers.com would like to generate
revenues for further investments and breakeven.

expand its business in some other internet fields like matrimony, education

Competition:
We have many competitors separately in each service we provide. But there is a
less competition for combination services. No website provides newspapers and
adds booking and listing services tourist portal services at one place. Hence we

MARKETING STRATEGIES:

Initial stages of the marketing would involve making personal recommendation.

The ads will also be put on those websites which are popular among youngsters.
This would bring the considerable amount of traffic to the website. The second
stage will involve creating ad of the website and posting it on the google
adwords. This would help us in initial stages.

STAGES OF DEVELPOMENT:

Phase 1(7 to 15 days): Initially we make a market study to decide upon


the target segment ant the current scenario of the market in this segment.
Initially the ads should be posted on the popular websites so that it would
bring traffic to the website.

Phase 2(10 days): The collection of newspapers websites and creation of the
website is outsourced to an external developer. A continuous interaction is
carried out with the news channels and newspapers. The website is registered
after its ready.

Phase 3(7 days): A pilot testing of the website is made with a set of chosen
customers. This gives a scope to improve the quantity and quality of
newspapers and bring out the errors in development. The website is launched
and marketing activities initiated.

Phase-4: Google analytics is linked to the website and the visitors are tracked.
The keyword searches will give the content what a customer is searching for on
the page. A customer feedback section is included in the website which enables
us to improve service parameters.

The customer for our product will be mainly the people of all age group. The
