March 10, 2008 Scheduling Meeting (6:30 p.m. at the JCC Federer Room)
- CMSA will be introducing a new scheduling procedure this Spring. SEMSA and Rush
use this system, as well as other leagues and clubs. The CMSA Scheduler will set up a
“skeleton” schedule with who plays who.
- Two Coaches/representatives for EACH team must attend this scheduling meeting to
schedule times and venues of their own games.
If the two team coaches/representatives fail to attend this meeting, their games will NOT be scheduled and CMSA team
commitment fees WILL NOT be returned.
- Each club will be responsible for sending at least one representative (two for the bigger
clubs) to serve as the venue coordinator(s) for each club. This person will stay at one
table while coaches check with them on field availability.
- When the meeting has ended, schedules will be collected, checked over, and compiled by
the CMSA Scheduler. The CMSA Scheduler reserves the right to make any
necessary changes. Final schedules will be distributed at the Coach’s Meeting.
