1 ulas Bawang besar
6 ulas Bawang putih
1 batang Cili Merah
2 helai Daun Limau
3 inci Lengkuas
3 keping Asam Keping
2 sudu makan Pes Cili
¼ cawan Susu Cair
1 batang Serai
1 biji Tomato

1 Red Chili
2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
3 inch Galangal
3 Dried tamarind
2 tbsp Chili paste
¼ cup Evaporated milk
1 Lemongrass
1 Tomatoes
Cara-Cara | Method 

In Malay
Hiriskan bawang kecil, bawang besar, halia, cili merah, lengkuas dan daun limau. Kemudian,
kisarkan semua bahan-bahan tersebut.
Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar tadi.
Sementara itu, panaskan kuali dan gorengkan ikan.
Kacau bahan tumisan tadi dan masukkan asam keeping dan pes cili.
Biarkan ia masak sebentar sehingga naik bau.
Kemudian, masukkan ¼ cawan susu cawan dan kacau sehingga sebati.
Masukkan serai untuk memberi rasa yang lebih.
Akhir sekali, masukkan ikan yang telah digoreng dan tomato.
Letakkan garam mengikut rasa.

Slice the shallots, onions, ginger, chili, galangal and kaffir lime leaves. Blend all the ingredients.
Saute the blended paste.
Meanwhile, heat up another pan and fry the fish.
Stir the sauted paste well and add in dried tamarind and chili paste.
Let it cooked for a while till it gives out an aroma.
Then, add in ¼ cup of evaporated milk and stir well.
Add lemongrass to give it a better taste.
Add in the fried fish and tomatoes.
Add salt to taste.
