Fitness combination: Proper exercise , Proper diet, Proper rest, Good
Environment ,Partner dress.
Not to eat : Tea ,Coffee ,Pickle ,Spicy food ,junk food ,Oily food , Heavy meal.

Early morning diet: Proteins drinks- WGG(4 spoons)+Honey(4 spoon with milk , Curd ,Juice ,Water

30 -40 Minutes before: Water(300ml)+CMP(1Spoon)+CHP(4Spoon)+GCP(3Spoon).

During exercise: Whey protien(per kg)+Soya(75g) With water

Exercise - 2 Days Off in a week

Breakfast : Milk(300ml)+SSP(75gm)+Honey(6 Spoon)+Ghee/Butter(20-25g)+Dry


fruits ,White portion of egg(4 -6 ),Paneer(50gm),Chane (Boiled) ,Moong(Boiled)

Lunch & Dinner: Veg- Paneer , Pulses, Curd , Chapatti , Buttermilk


Non veg-Eggs ,Chicken, Fish
Tea time: Fruits –Mango,banana,Apple,Bale
Juice- Anar,Santra,Pineapple
