RESOLUTION # 26 SERIES OF 2010
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER OSMINA TORTOGO TO
WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF SIXTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE PESOS
ONLY (Php 60, 581.00) AS PAYMENT FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION
OFPERIMETER FENCE OF THE BARANGAY BASKETBALL COURT.

Whereas, the Sangguniang Barangay hereby authorized the Barangay Treasurer to withdraw
the amount of Sixty thousand five hundred eighty-one pesos only (Php 60, 581.00) as payment
for materials and labor for the construction of perimeter fence of the Basketball Court
chargeable to the SK Fund.

Now, therefore, on motion of SK Chairman Florida Monjes duly seconded and approved by the
body, be it.

Resolved as it is hereby resolved to authorize the Barangay Treasurer yo withdraw the amount
of Sixty thousand five hundred eighty-one pesos only (Php 60, 581.00) summarized as follows.
a. Constructions Materials:----------------------------------Php 42, 661.00
b. Labor:----------------------------------------------------------Php 17, 920.00
Total: -----------------------------------------------------------Php 60, 581.00

Resolved further that the Punong Barangay is needed to countersign in any withdrawals made
by the Sangguniang Barangay.
