RECONSTITUTING THE BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER COMMITTEE (BPOC) OF

BARANGAY ___________________, Kolambugan, LANAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, pursuant to Executive Order No. 366 and Memorandum Circular No. 2001-
141 dated October 16, 2001 all peace and order council, through their respective Municipal
Mayor, Punong barangay hereby enjoined to strengthen the Barangay Peace and Order
Committees (BPOC) within there areas of jurisdiction;

WHEREAS, the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government issued a Memorandum
Circular No. 2002-02 dated January 11, 2002 in relation of the above mandates reiterating, the
subject of strengthening the Barangay Peace and Order Committee.

NOW THEREFORE, I, ____________________________________, Punong Barangay

of __________________________, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte by virtue of the power vested
in me by law, do hereby order the reconstitution of the Barangay Peace and Order Council
