PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF 40 STOREY OF A MIXED
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT COMPRISING 4 LEVELS OF BASEMENT CARPARKS, 6
LEVELS OF COMMERCIAL RETAIL OUTLETS AND 30 LEVELS OF SERVICE
APARTMENT AND RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS ON LOT 489, MUKIM
ULU YAM, DAERAH HULU SELANGOR, TAMAN INTAN BAIDURI, SELANGOR
DARUL EHSAN.

1. C&F Development Sdn. Bhd intends to invite pre-qualified construction firms to

submit bid for the captioned project in October 2010.
2. Main building contractor must registered with “Construction Industry Development
Board (CIDB)” and with a proven track record in the construction of low cost
apartments on a design and build basis are invited to apply the pre-qualified.
3. This pre-qualification is only for bumiputera contractor.
4. Pre-qualification document can be collected from 12 October 2010 to 5 November
2010 during office hours from the office of:

5. The completed pre-qualification shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, attached
company rubber stamp and returned to the above address not later than 12 noon, 15
December 2010.
6. A document and processing fee of RM200 will be for each pre-qualification form
payment.
7. C&F Development Sdn.Bhd reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and that in
no case will any expense incurred by the tenderer in preparation of this tender be
reimbursed.
8. Only contractor successful pre-qualified will be inform or noticed in writing.
