History of the music
• Since every known culture has some form of musical
expression, the history of music covers all societies and eras,
and not merely, as has been customary, to the west, where the
term has been used in music history to refer to the history of
what is now called learned music (incorrectly called classical
music).

In its broadest sense, music is born with man, and was already
present, according to some scholars, long before human beings
spread across the planet, more than 50,000 years. It is therefore
a cultural universal.
History of dance
• Since prehistoric times humans have felt the need to
communicate bodily movements expressing feelings and
moods. These early rhythmic movements also served to
ritualize milestones (births, deaths, marriages). In principle, the
component had a ritual dance, held in fertility ceremonies,
hunting or war, or of different religious, where the very breath
and heartbeat were used to provide a first cadence of the dance.
