    VEHICLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

    This Vehicle Purchase Agreement is made this 19th day of November, 2010 , by and among
    UNION MOTOR CORPORATION , with office address at 198 Edsa Kalookan City
    (hereinafter known as “seller” ) and MR. EDUARDO G. SACAY of E. G. SACAY
    ENTERPRISES with address at 316 D. Veloso St., Ormoc City (hereinafter known as the
    “buyer” ).

    WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase the vehicles described below once he received the
    “NOTICE OF AWARD/WINS FROM THE BIDDING” from PHIL. NATIONAL OIL
    COMPANY .
