Local Republican Groups Present “All Politics is Local” Townhall Forum


Greater Long Beach Republicans Gather to Hear From Republican Candidates

February 22, 2010—Long Beach, CA---The Long Beach Area Republican Party will gather on
Wednesday, March 24th, 2010 to hear from Republican candidates vying for nominations in the
June 8th primary election.

The Long Beach Area Republican Party (www.longbeachrepublicans.org), a coalition of various


Republican organizations in the greater Long Beach area, is proud to sponsor a town hall forum
that will feature over 20 candidates or spokespersons from races ranging from Long Beach City
Council to California Governor and everyone in between.

Doors open at 6 pm and the cost of $25 per person will include attendance to the event as well
light appetizers and beverages. The location is at The Grand Events Center (4101 E. Willow
St., Long Beach), and will last until approximately 8:30 p.m.

“There is an excitement in the air for the Republican Party in 2010, and we want to make sure
that Long Beach Republicans are informed and active this election season,” stated Hilary
Poochigian, Long Beach Area Republican Party Chairman.

Participating Long Beach Area Republican Party member organizations include the Long Beach
Republican Women Federated, Long Beach GOP/Republican Women Federated, Long Beach
Lincoln Club, Long Beach Young Republicans, and the Los Angeles County Young
Republicans.
