About Ourselves:

Our firm SS Associates is a partnership firm consisting of Four partners

viz., 1. Mr. M. Srinivasan, 2. Mrs. C. Yogalakshmi, 3. Mr. R. Manoharan,
and 4. Mr. A. Kumar.

Mr. M. Srinivasan is a business man doing foot wear retail business at

West tower street, and Bibikulam, Madurai. His spouse is a house wife.

Mrs. C. Yogalakshmi is a teacher at Jeevana School, Madurai. His spouse

is working at Bata India Limited.

Mr. R. Manoharan is an agent for LIC of India. His spouse is a teacher at

SBOA Matriculation and Hr. Sec. School, Madurai.

Mr. A. Kumar is a professional photographer and collecting rent from his

properties.

About Our Project:

All the above partners come together and formed a partnership firm called
as SS Associates for the purpose of constructing a commercial complex at
R.S.No.78/4, Ponmeni Village, By pass Road, Opposite to Hotel Gowri
Krishna, S.S. Colony, Madurai – 625 016 and let out for rent.

Area of the site : 5050sq.ft

Frontage – facing By pass road : 50 ft

No.of floors as per approved plan : Basement, Ground floor + 4 floors

No.of floors under construction : Basement, Ground floor + 2 floors

Present stage of construction : Basement and Ground floor roof
