SYSTEM
• In shortest words, we can define it as “EIS
requires only the summary of the whole
business”
• It requires facts and numbers to be taken
• Easy access to both internal and external
information

• Used by managerial or mid-level managers
• Subset of the overall internal controls

• Types Of Reports:

1. Key-Indicator report
2. Drill-Down report

• Used at operational level of an organization
• Used for making transactions
• Online processing

• Example:
