L’Oreal is having the problem in the marketing scenario. As we all
know marketing is composed of significant elements like promotion, advertising, knowing the needs and demands of the customers, distributers, logistics, distributers, wholesalers, retailersetc. It is suffering from the industry competition which causes them not to be effective and efficient with their target markets and they are struggling with the sale scenario and the profit and the cost .Because of the strong Media their real picture is being disclosed and their image is in continuously hurting ring.
SPECIFIC PROBLEM AREA
It is struggling with the Russian retailer. Russia has been seen as
one of the major growth markets for the industry and a weakness within the region could deal quite a blow to the global players.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Russian retailers are suffering from liquidity problems, and this of
