BLUEGRASS JAM SCHOOL 1 - SLOW

Come join us each Thursday night,7 to 9 PM for a SLOW SPEED JAM

Learn to play the classic Bluegrass instrumentals and fiddle tunes at this
weekly moderated, LOW PRESSURE jam. Tabs will be provided for each
instrument and the parts will be demonstrated. More than just a jam, you
will be taught jam etiquette, Bluegrass history and how to REALLY play with
others. Nothing will improve your playing faster than regular jamming in a
structured setting with others of your own ability. No need to play individual
solos, just be able to switch between G,C,D and F chords smoothly.

BLUEGRASS JAM SCHOOL 2 – INTERMEDIATE

Every Tuesday night 7 to 9 PM, join us for an INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Bluegrass jam. We provide tabs for all instruments and demonstrate the
parts for you. Individual breaks and faster tempos will soon take your playing
to a higher level. Ear training and rhythm exercises will improve your timing
regardless of your instrument. Learn advanced tunes and solos that will make
you a valuable addition to any jam. This jam is perfect for advanced
beginners, and players from other styles wishing to learn about Bluegrass.

BLUEGRASS SONG SCHOOL – VOCAL

Join us Monday nights, 7 to 9 PM for a BLUEGRASS VOCAL WORKSHOP

and jam session. Instruments not required, just enthusiasm, and prior singing
experience is not necessary. Improve your repertoire as we learn to sing
Bluegrass standards heard at every jam. We will explore LEAD and
HARMONY singing, instrumental backup and learn some music theory along
the way. Even if you can’t play an instrument vocalists are ALWAYS welcome
at a Bluegrass Jam. Pick up some history and learn to sing Bluegrass style.
