Situation: I need money for some urgent task, Afternoon I passed by my bank and think to

draw cash, but just think that I will use the ATM in evening.

Happening: In evening I went to a ATM machine and found it out of order, I went to another
one but not succeed, I thought to go some more far and try another one, that machine hold my
card and also there was no money drawn. I feel frustrated and depressed. I need the money
and also my ATM card is held.

1. I feel too much depressed and angry with myself as I bypass bank early.
2. I feel too much anger for the bank and ATM technology.
3. I call to the customer support service and after a long conversation nothing positive cab
be done on time.
4. My head began to ache, my body temperature was high.
5. My hands began to sweet
6. I want to shout and kick the ATM machine.
7. Also feeling sorry and degrade to not have money on time.
8. I have to request someone for lending me money for a day, It make me too much
embarrassed.
9. Now next day I have to visit the Bank and request them to get back my ATM, Again I
have to reschedule my next day.
10. I decide not to trust the Technology too much and avail the best option.
11. And understand that Technology has advantages and disadvantages.

Conclusion: From next on I will avail the best option and save my time and avoid the panic.
Situation: My big brother shout at me loudly and throw drink (Pepsi) on me .

Happening: In evening we are sitting and watching football game on TV, I am frequently
changing the channel to watch a English movie. My brother ask me to stop changing the
channels, I continuously change the channels, he try to grab the Remote Control but failed and
then he shout and throw drink on me.

1. I am just shocked for a while cannot understand what happened .


2. Then after some seconds I feel wet and know what happened.
3. My blood pressure turn to high and feel too much angry.
4. My face become red and I feel my body temperate high.
5. I control myself and ask my elder brother what he has done.
6. He again start shouting and blame me for all.
7. I want to shout back but I control myself and hand over remote to him and go out.
8. I am feeling very embarrassed and depressed.
9. I change my cloth and clean myself and sit in open air and try to relax.
10. And try to evaluate myself, Is I am wrong or my brother.
