HCL is stand for Hindustan computer limited. HCL was started in 1976 in India. It
was founded by Shiv Nadar who was working with DCM (Delhi Cloth Mills). HCL
enterprise comprises two company HCL Technology and HCL Info systems.

HCL Technology: HCL Technology deals with IT & BPO services like enterprise &
custom application and focus on Global Market.

HCL Info system: HCL Info system deals with hardware, networking solution and homeland
securities etc. and its focus on Indian Market.

HCL has offices in 17 countries, 170 offices & 360 services center in India and there are 60000
employees who operates these centers.
