selling tickets, collecting tickets, directing traffic on and off the boat, and fielding
customer service questions, complaints, and finding coverage for shifts on
weekends. General customer service.

2002 – 2006 O’Brien Video Store

Responsible for assisting customers with DVD and VHS rentals and returns.
Handled cash and check transactions, including cashing out at the end of the
evening. General customer service.

2002 – 2005 Town of Dannemora (Seasonal Employee)

Responsible for keeping the local beach, playgrounds, boat dock, and town areas
clean, and the lawns mowed during the summer months.

2004 – 2005 Village of Dannemora (Seasonal Employee)

Responsible for overseeing the village playground. Duties included mowing the
lawn, distribution of toys and sports equipment to children, and general
supervision of children during park hours.
