ROBOT SUMO BOT

Introduction This is my lab write up for the SumoBot.


This bot must act like sumo player in Japan.
It push the other bot until out of the black line.
It must have lots of efforts (torque).

Robot It have 2 motors, an Intelligent Brick, 5 tires and a Light Sensor.


Description The light sensor act to avoid the bot before out of the ring.

Constraints Must be strong enough to push other bot.


/ Limitation Must have a lot of friction.
Cannot be over than 1.5 kg.
Must be able to avoid from being outside the ring.

Mindstorm Build a wall like bulldozer to push other bot.


Use gear type-torque to have lots of efforts.
Use a rim with rubber tires to have lots of friction within tires and floor.
Reduce the usage of items, importants parts only, no decoration.
Use light sensor to sense the black ring.
