    Sir,
    It is submitted that Mr.Jehanzeb Khan J.Clerk has been deputed to the
    Chief Executive KTH/KMC/KCD Secretariat for duty, but it is sorry to say that the
    J.Clerk concerned is not paid due attention to the performance of his duties. He daily
    reports for duty at 10:00 Am and having a cup of tea in the office and then left the office
    with out informing any body. He avails two days leave without any application of
    information.
    In this connection it is requested that undersigned is fed up of his this
    routine and due to such routine his stay in this office is no more required.
