ANGER

We all know what anger is and each of us definitely felt it. Anger is a completely

normal, healthy and involved human emotion. However, when it gets out of control,

it can lead to problems. Anger always be the first cause of problems at work, in

personal relationship and in the overall quality of life. The natural way to express

anger is to respond aggressively. It inspires powerful feeling and behaviour which

allow us to defend ourselves when we are attacked. However, in the same time if we

are over doing it, we might also hurt others feeling and tend to treat them roughly.

Normally, we always forget to think wisely before we take any action, decision and

verbalise our anger. People who are completely and terribly influence by anger will

end up with the feeling of regret and guilty whether to his/her own self or to the

second party. Therefore, from time to time, it is good for us to learn to control our

anger. In order to reduce and control our emotional feelings we must always remain

calm in whatever situation that come across us. You can't get rid of, or avoid, the

things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to

control your reactions.
