Sub: Coal Inspection Report over Sidings

Dear Sir,
The coal inspection report is as follows.

 Around 1 trip over size coal present due to local sale unloading
Spur-I  Loading supervisor Mr. Raju Sahoo was asked to arrange chain
dozer & to make those coal crushed & not to load those coal into
the rake unless & until it is crushed
 He was also advised not to allow those local sale unloadings inside
the siding.
 As per current information(5.15PM) one chain dozer was arranged
in spur-I for chaining purpose.
SpurIII/IV  2 trips of oversize coal was received from Hingula area trough the
transporter deployed by M/S Vedanta.
 Loading supervisor Mr. A Samanta was asked not to load those coal
into any rake & to remove those towards the backside of the siding.
SpurV/VI  No oversize coal transported today in the day time.
 In the first shift two tippers carrying oversized coal from Ananta
OCP were returned to the Ananta CHP to make the coal crushed.

All the loading supervisors, Coal Receivers, & Technical inspectors


are informed to co-ordinate in making the sidings free from oversize coal.
