    OBSERVATION

    There are following non -complince observation found at Wagon tippler


    & MC-1&2 of M/S KEC are :-
    1. There is no proper platform and access. He is working on a single plank at the
    edge where height is 10 meter.
    2. Access is provided in the water logging area.
    3. Poor housekeeping is observed in Wagon Tippler area.
    4. The inspection date of the Blower is outdated and being used.
    5. The trailer JH-09AD3475 pollution certificate is found outdated and right gate
    glass found missing.
    6. A worker found working (welding work) at height without fall protection &
    platform.

    Action Taken :- Intimate Engineer to Complince the above observation.

    There are following non -complince observation found at MC-2 of M/S


    KEC are :-
    1. Worker is carrying grinding work under combustible tarpoline shade.
    2. 2 Cylinders are kept in horizontal position on the ground.
    3. Pressurized gas cutting hose pipe laying on ground and Vehicle are movement
    on it.
    4. Welding cable joint are found laying on ground without insulation.
    5. Welding machine found at site whose inspaction date found outdated.

    Action Taken :- Intimate engineer to remove the cable from site.
