Compressive testing of concrete.
1. Finding:
- Improper shape & broken edges of concrete
cubes are found often due to negligent
attitude & engagement of unskilled
manpower for important job.

- Doing proper cube cast filling by skilled
manpower under strict supervision of Quality
Engineer

Corrective actions taken
The quality of cubes has improved, We hired two
skilled Lab helper for cube Casting & Quality
Engineer will also be present at the time of
casting.

2. Finding:
- Some TMT Steel is kept on soil
directly which is never
recommended to avoid rusting due
to moisture.

- Recommended to place TMT steel
on raised platform/ centralized
concrete platform

Issue has been resolved, we shifted all
the steel on raised platform & centralized
all the steel at steel yard near plant.

boulders

- Segregate and remove the boulders from
excavated earth before backfilling

We covered it with gunny bags &

column

- No cement slurry come out of
formwork but putting form on joints
- To ensure proper vibration of
concrete with adequate size of
needle
- To chip off all loose concrete and
grout with GP-2

We chipped of all the loose concrete
& repair it with GP-2 Material, We
assure you to do proper vibration with
adequate size of needle.
