1) POINT NO.135A, 135B & X-OVER IN BETWEEN POINT NO. 135A & 135B
a) 4 nos. CGRSP crushed at check rail at X-ING of point no.135A
b) 6 nos. CGRSP crushed at check rail at X-ING of point no.135B
2) SEJ NO.-1 at KM. 284/20: 3 Nos. screws found loose.
3) At KM. 284/G-13 (ADA-GRB): ONE SLEEPER COMPLETELY DAMAGE.
4) At KM. 233/39-284/01: ONE SLEEPER COMPLETELY DAMAGE.
5) LC NO.- 1, at KM-284/11-13:
a) One hand signal lamp out of five nos. found defective.
b) Road surface to be repaired.
6) At POINT NO. 122B:
a) At SWITCH PORTION- Bearing plates rusted, CGRSP completely crushed- to be
replaced
b) Sleepers no. 13, 1E,2E,3E & 4E DAMAGED- To be replaced.
7) DIMOND X-ING NO. 103B- 15 NOS. RUBBER PAD CRUSHED- To be replaced.
