 OBSERVATION

There are following non -complince observation found at Wagon tippler

of M/S KEC :-
1. Poor house keeping (scatered) steel,wire & saturing material observed at
wagon tippler.
2. Worker shifting material on sholder without sholder pad.
3. Grainding machine cable are found damage in condition at many location.
4. Welding cable found damage in condition near welding machine connector and
tolithine are rap on it.
5. Poor cable managnment found at site.
6. Worker are found to used Sub standard hammer at site.
7. Hard barrication found missing at edge of height.
Action Taken :- Stop the work and intimate Engineer to Complince the above
observation.

There are following non -complince observation found at Wagon tippler of M/S
KEC :-
1. One worker found observed to going down ward with the help of sutring
support.
2. Worker are carrying wood cutting work without safety goggles.
3. Blower are found at site with inspaction tag out dated.
4. Worker are found at site without proper PPEs.
5. Elctrician carrying electrial work at site without intimation electrical
department.
6. Sub standard hammer found at site.
7. Electrical earthing cable joint lug are found missing.
8. Defactive ladder found at site.
9. LPG pressure gauge are found damage in condition.
10. Worker used prohibiated access for SX-2&3.
11. Fire Extingusher found at site without inspaction tag.

Action Taken :- Stop the work and intimate Engineer to Complince the above
observation.
The non -complince observation found at RMHS mechinical yard of M/S KEC :-

Electrical Welding cable found damage in condition.

Action Taken :- Intimate engineer to remove the cable from site.
