DAY’S ACTIVITIES
1. Fixing and repairs to tiling works.
2. Carpentry works.
3. Steel fabrication and installation to stairwell sides and handrails fixing.
4. Electrical cabling.
5. Masonry patch works to: moldings, surface pipes.
6. Snagging, mapping of Inspection Chambers, hacking ground floor office for plumbing
works.

ANCILLARY ACTIVITIES
-Arch Charles Muthoga asked PMs to:
1. Get down on snagging and clearing the list for the first week’s milestone.
2. Do the wall enclosing the ramp.
3. Organize for connection/intersection of ramp to existing slab.
4. Requested Sally to organize for fixing of Kitchen worktop once and for all since its
critical. She promised to work on it.

-Arch Charles Muthoga and ID Sally visited the site at 3:30pm.
-A meeting was held in the site office at 4:30 between Arch Charles and present PMs to
address theft issues that surmounted to loss of red and black electric cables of 1.5mm single
core amounting to KSH 44,000. More attention was drawn to reinforcing security after
realizing the burglary was carried out through the backdoor of the store (1St Floor Unit 2)
where the backdoor was spotted using welds and more chains and padlocks purchased to keep
all doors closed. PMs projected to be more vigilant to evade such incidences from happening
again.
-Unit 2(store) backdoor spotted to reinforce security.
-Design for slats was proposed by CPM Kiwinga. ARCH Charles arrived at 3:40 and
confirmed the design to progress.
-Qs Eric wrote to Eng. Kihoro to request the engineer to provide the ramp intersection detail
with the existing slab and also provide detail as discussed before latest 5/05/023. No response
was received from the Engineer on the platform (Official WhatsApp group)

DELIVERIES
1. Sand-tonnes was delivered on site by truck plate no KBW9182 at 10:12am. Quality of
sand was confirmed to be okay by Tracy Wekalamoyo to effect offloading.
2. Six hundred and three 6’’ Machine cut stones delivered on site at 2.55pm by truck.
3. 50 bags of cement delivered on site at 3:06pm.
4. 2padlocks and 2 chains to reinforce security.
5. Galvanized adaptor boxes.

SUBS ON SITE
1. Nganga glazing sub for comparative quotation arrived at 12:31pm
2. Kihoro plumbing sub arrived at 10:42 for Snagging, Mapping of Inspection
Chambers, organize for hacking ground floor office for plumbing works.
3. Nick electrical subcontractor for quotations.
