base printout
scissors
glue
pencil
markers or crayons

1. Draw eyes, nose, and mouth on the small circle

and color. Cut out the head.
2. Color and cut out the hat
3. Draw buttons on the body and cut out.
4. Glue the head onto the body.
5. Glue the hat onto the head.

6. Color and cut out the scarf.

7. Glue the scarf onto the bottom of the head.
8. Cut out the base and glue it to the body.
