1. KINGFISHER AIRLINES –

Founded - 2003
The airline started commercial operations in 9 May 2005 from Mumbai to
Delhi and its international operations on 3 September 2008 by connecting
Bengaluru with London.

Award- Kingfisher Airlines is one of six airlines in the world to have a 5-star
rating from Skytrax, along with Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Malaysia

airline.

Jet Airways announced that it would buy Air Sahara for US$500 million in
an all-cash deal and which is known as Jet Lite.
