Instructions:

1. Type the above data starting in A4. Set the left and right margins at 0.5 and top and bottom margins at 0.75.
2. Format B8:B17, E8:E17, F8:F17, G8:G17, I8:I17, K8:K17, L8:L17, M8:M17, N8:N17 to 2 decimal places and a comma as a separator.
3. Insert Column between Overtime Hours and Gross pay and name it as Salary per Day.
4. Insert Column between Salary per Day and Gross Pay and name it as Overtime Pay.
5. Insert Column between No.of Absent and Undertime Hours and name it as Absence Cost.
6. Insert Column between Undertime Hours and Other Deductions and name it as Undertime Pay.
7. Compute for the value of Salary per day in cells E8:E17 using the formula Salary per day = Monthly Salary*12/316.
8. Compute for the value of Overtime Pay in cells F8:F17 using the formula Overtime Pay = (Salary per Day/8)*120.
9. Compute for the value of Gross Pay in cells G8:G17 using the formula Gross Pay = Salary per Day*No. of days worked + Overtime Pay.
10. Adjust column with if necessary. Bold and center all column headings.
11. Absence Cost = Salary per Day*No. of Absent.
12. Undertime pay = Salary per Day/8*Undertime Hours.
13. Other Deductions are SSS/GSIS, Health Care benefits, Withholding Tax.
14. Compute for the Total Deductions and get the Net Pay.
15. Sort the data using Name as key in Ascending manner.
16. Bold print, merge and center the Title from Column A4 to Column N4. Bold print all name entries.
17. Set print area at landscape and view the worksheet to fit in one page legal size bond paper.
18. Box cells A5:N6 with lines separating each column entry.
19. Insert border from A8:N17 with lines separating rows and columns then save the file as Payroll.
