Subject: Offer letter for the release of original documents submitted

by the Guarantor.

Dear Sir,

That, your bank had advanced a loan to Mr. Vasant Mhaskar

and the undersigned was stood as guarantor, with respect to the loan
advanced and in furtherance of this, for the purpose of security, the
registry of the plot situated at Nagin Nagar, Indore, belonging to the
undersigned, was deposited with your Bank.

That, within the stipulated time, as has been fixed, the loan
amount was not paid and defaulted by the debtor. That, due to such
act of debtor, the security advanced i.e. registry of said plot is still in
possession of your bank.

That, as a sequel of our discussion, this offer letter intended to

materialise the settlement with respect to security advanced for Rs.
1,10,000/-.

That, the settlement arrived at will not be conditional on

recovery of any amount from the debtor and with the deposit of
stipulated amount of Rs. 1,10,000/- the document in your possession,
belonging to the undersigned will be released forthwith,
unconditionally.

That, the stipulated amount will be deposited with the period of

15 days from the date of communication of acceptance from your
side.
