THIS AGREEMENT FOR SALE IS MADE ON THIS DAY THE 3RD DAY OF JUNE 2021

BETWEEN

RANJITA GUJRAL, W/o: Late Jitendra Gujral, Aged about 40 Years Resident of At: Ward no 10 ,PO/PS
KOtpad , Dist Koraput Odisha -764058 hereinafter referred to as a Lender which means, unless
repugnant to the context, inclusive of its legal representatives, nominee(s), administrator, and
assignee;

AND
MOHAMAD WASIM, S/o: Mohammed Ashraf , Aged about 32 Years, resident of Karan Street ,
Kotpad , PO/PS Kotpad , Dist Koraput Odisha hereinafter referred to as a Borrower which
means,unless repugnant to the context, inclusive of its legal representatives, nominee(s), assignee,
and administrator;
Whereas at the request of the Borrower, the Lender has agreed to grant a loan not exceeding an
amount of Rs. 1,25,000 (Rupees One Lakh and Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the Borrower for a
term of 5 Months on terms & conditions contained below.

1. The Borrower hereto, requiring money, has requested the Lender to give her a with interest
free loan of Rs.1,25,000 /- (Rupees One Lakh only). to enable him to construct his house, to
which the Lender has agreed.
2. The said loan is required by the Borrower for a period of Five Months, commencing from 3 rd
June 2021 and terminating on 3rd of November 2021.
3. The Borrower hereby agrees and undertakes to return the loan of Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees One
Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only), within the aforesaid period of Five Months and, gives his
personal guarantee for the same.
4. The Borrower hereby provides a Cheque bearing no 913139 dated 03/11/2021 of State Bank
of India Kotpad Branch in the name of Ranjita Gujral towards repayment of Loan, without any
pressure and out of his own will.
 5. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are arrived at by the mutual consent of the
parties hereto.
6. That the borrower is known to the Lender as a Business person who just wanted to use the
amount of Loan for his house construction purpose which is best known to the borrower
7. All the above information provided is true and verified by both the parties and for the
truthfulness, the parties will be responsible.
