HAND LOAN DEED

THIS AGREEMENT made and on this 15th day of October, 2022. Between:-

SYED MAZHER PASHA S/o. LATE SYED MAHMOOD PASHA, aged

about : 41 years, Occ : Business, R/o. H.No.4-25-314/16/454/1, Wadi-E-
Mahmood, Suleman Nagar, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy, Telangana State-
500052.

Hereinafter called "the Borrower" and reference to the parties hereto shall mean
and include their respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns;

SHAHBAAZ KHAN S/o. MANSOOR KHAN, aged about : 23 years,

Occ : House Keeper, R/o. Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana State.

Hereinafter called "the Lender" and reference to the parties hereto shall mean and
include their respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns;
WHEREAS the Borrower is in need of funds and hence has approached the Lender
to grant her loan of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) for a period of (03)
months.

AND WHEREAS the Lender has agreed to grant a loan to the Borrower, as the
Lender and the Borrower have known each other since several years;

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH and it is hereby agreed by and

between the parties hereto as under:-

1. The Borrower hereto, being in need of money, has requested the Lender to
give her loan of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only).

2. The said loan is required by the Borrower for a period of (03) Months
commencing from the executed agreement date and repayment on the end of
the (03) months.

3. In case of fail to pay the loan the lender will take necessary legal actions in
him and by claim her property.

4. The Borrower hereby agrees and undertakes to return the loan of Rs.50,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand only), within the aforesaid period of (03) Months
and gives her personal guarantee for the same.

5. The Borrower agrees to give a sum of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand

Five Hundred Only) as monthly return to the Lender towards the borrowed
hand loan amount.

 The terms and conditions of this Agreement are arrived at by the mutual consent
of the parties hereto.
