for the batter:

on a double boiler heat about 250g ov cooking chocolate..blend two small packets
ov white butter and 2 cups ov sugar (this is called creaming ov butter). then a
dd a quarter pack ov cream into that butter and sugar mixture and then add all o
v this in that melted chocolate..while keeping it on the double boiler, blend it
all well....beat 5 eggs in a separate bowl and add 1.5 tsp ov vanilla essence a
nd blend them...then add the chocolate butter n cream mixture in the eggs..now a
dd 2 sachets of 3 in one nescafe coffee and 2tbsp brown sugar.after adding the c
hoc mix n eggs n coffee, then add 1.75 cups ov flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder and
a quarter tsp ov salt... in a preheated oven, bake it at 160 degrees for about a
n hour or it might take longer but it will give you the softest dough fo sure..a
fter the batter forms some shape in about 15 mins then reduce temp to 150 and le
t it bake at that.
for the icing:
blend 2 small packets ov butter, 1 quarter pack cream, 2 sachets coffee abt 6 tb
sp icing sugar and 2 tbsp brown sugar mixed in a lil milk
for the caramel crunch:
take about half teaspoon butter in a frying pan, add sugar and water to make she
era, jab dhaareein si ban'nay lageyn, spoon se tou add some almonds...when the w
ater evaporates and mixture becomes orangish brown, pour it on a deep plate..let
it set and harden and then crush it.
