Rules and Regulations:

Registration:

 Registrations are to be made in teams of 3

 Each team should have participants from the same institute
 There is no limit on the number of teams from an institute
 No student can be part of more than one team

 Registrations will be open till 7th Feb 2011, 2359 hrs

Round 1: Online

 This round consists of a Quiz

 Date of Quiz - 8th February 2011
 Duration of Quiz - 60 minutes. Further details will be made available at the time of registration
 The decision of the organizers and the panel of judges will be final and binding on all participants
 Shortlisted teams will be notified by 10th February, 2011 – 2359 hrs.
 The shortlisted teams after Round 1 will be eligible to participate in further rounds, held on-
campus during Transcend‘11. Details of these rounds will be intimated to the qualifying teams at
a later date

Final Round: On Campus

 Shortlisted teams need to confirm their participation within stipulated time
 Those selected for the final round will be reimbursed sleeper class 2-way train travel expenses, or
Rs. 1000/-, whichever is minimum. The fare reimbursed will be for the shortest route between the
contestant’s institute and Pune
 Further information will be provided to the short listed teams before and/or during Transcend’11
 All participants are required to carry a valid ID card of their institute
  For all the rounds, the decision of the organizers and the panel of judges will be final and binding
on all participants.
