    Justin T. Schaeffer, age 17, of 3469 Route 488 and Kyle W.

    Leigh, 17, of 5455 Canandaigua Farmington


    Town Line Road, were charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony.

    Both defendants are accused of shooting out windows with a BB gun and spray painting obscenities at a
    residence on North Pearl Street on October 11, 2010. As a result, property of the residence was
    damaged in an amount that exceeded $1,000.

    Schaeffer was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash
    $3,000 bond.

    Leigh was released on an appearance ticket.

    Further charges are pending against both defendants.
