However on perusal, it appeared that concerned officials had removed almost all (but 6 pages) of requested MoM records and then supplied photo copies of rest of Computer Center papers. 22994 pages had no relevance to requested info. Then WHY did PIO claim that there are 23000 pages of MoM records. WHO paid for this huge loss of Rs. 45988/- ? Students of course.
