    As a resident of Elk Grove Village I have had the great


    opportunity to have conversations with my fellow residents.
    I have found that the one common theme expressed by res'i-
    dents of all backgrounds is a desire to play a rnuch larger
    role in the creation and articulation of public po'licy
    within our village and to be heard prior to the decisions
    being made. As a Library Trustee for EGv, I have fought to
    reduce costs and hold the line on unnecessary spending. As
    a father, husband, neighbor and friend, I have a vested in-
    terest in the future success of EGV. It is to be your advo
    cate, and your voice on the Board that I ask for your vote
    for Trustee for the Village of Elk Grove Vil1age.
