• Correct information to sender about receipt of
consignment
• Proof instrument - to settle transporters payment for
transportation done
• Proof for halting charges to be paid to transporters
incase the vehicle is detained at a location
• In case of insurance – this is the primary evidence of
document confirming damage receipt of material.

Standard Ack procedure
• Pl. follow the standard procedure while giving ack to tpt :
– Upon reporting
• Autocars Inward stamp should be affixed by the security
– Upon unloading
• MAN Sticker to be stuck behind LR
• Customer wise seal to be affixed on all the copies of invoice
(Tpt as well as wh copy) / LR
• Give VAN printout along with the ack
– Upon SAP entry
• MIGO / MIRO sticker to be stuck & updated

billing / bill procession
Inward Sticker
To be stuck on all inward invoices – helps in future tracking of
documents on system
Outward Sticker
To be stuck on all boxes being transported thru transshipment hubs
RAN Details Sticker –
To be stuck on all defective material
being received at the warehouse.
Tracking of defective material & its
documents becomes easy

Direct Customer Delivery Sticker –
For easy identification of product while delivering material to
individual customers
Caution Sticker –
Can be used as our official seal while re packing
material at warehouse level
