The canteen will operate under current Food Hygiene Regulations

Maintain hygiene standards

No smoking in the canteen

Personal hygiene, especially washing hands before touching foods

Obvious injuries are adequately protected e.g. cuts have a coloured bandaid on them

The canteen manager and volunteers should organise replacement if they (or family members) have or
are recovering from any infectious illness

A cleaning routine should be documented and displayed in the canteen

The temperature of hot and cold products and food storage facilities meet Food Safety regulations
