    STATEMENT OF PROBLEM.

    “WHAT ARE THE FACTORS THAT ATTRACT LOCAL


    POEPLE TO WORK IN THE ESTATE”

    RQ 1 Does the company provide a working environment that is safe, healthy and conducive to
    continue their employees’ development.

    RQ2 Does the company enhance their CSR( Corporate social responsibility) and make living in
    the estates more fun thus improve the infrastructure for workers in the estate.

    RQ3 Does the company strive to adhere sustainable development for the benefit of the present
    and future generation.

    RQ 4 Does the employer respect the right of all personnel to form and join trade unions of their
    choices and to bargain collectively.

    RO5 Does the company uphold the highest safety standard and put in place an occupational
    safety and health policy to minimise incidents of work place injury or fatality.
