    Sub: Visit of Class 11 and 12 students to IIM, Calcutta on 21.08.2010


    We are very happy to inform you that our students will be visiting the Indian Institute of
    Management, Calcutta, on the 21st August 2010. As you may be aware the IIMC is one
    the best management schools of the country. Dr. C. Panduranga Bhatta, Professor of
    Business Ethics and Communication Group and Coordinator of Management Centre of
    Human Values, will be kindly sparing time for our children. The response of Professor
    Bhatta is reproduced below for your kind information:

    21.08.2010-Evening-Victoria Memorial Hall, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Park Street
    22.08.2010-Early morning-Dakshineshwar, Belur Math
    22.08.2010-Afternoon-Birla Science and Technology Museum
    22.08.2010-Night-Return train II Class-3 Tier at 8.15 PM
    23.08.2010-Reach Nashik at 11.30 PM

    Notes for parents:


    • Parents are requested not to call the teachers at all for speaking to their children. We
    have requested teachers not to receive any call. In case of any need we will get in
    touch with parents. A directory of parents is being carried by our teachers.

    • Parents may please not send any items for their children.

    • We have already arranged hotel for stay and transport for the tour at Calcutta.
