QUALITY HEAD ON SITE

 Co-ordinates with client, QC Inspectors, liaise with TPI

agencies, mechanical test laboratories.
 Prepare method statements, ITP and procedures in line
with the project specifications.
 Conduct random checks on incoming materials to ensure
proper certification.
 Maintain all quality records and update inspection status.
 Prepare internal audit schedule and conduct audits.
 Prepare NCR’s during audit if any, and follow up for
corrective action till completion
