My chocolate muffins

Ingredients
(for 12 muffins)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa pieces


1 1/2 cups of white flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4 teaspoons unsalted butter – melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl put the milk…

… and the eggs…

… then mix with a fork.

In another bowl mix the butter and the sugar…

… until they became a cream.

Put the cream in the bowl with the milk and the
eggs.

Add flour, vanilla, baking powder and
chocolate pieces and mix all together.

Pour the mix into your buttered and
floured muffin pan.

Put the muffins on a baking tray.

Put in the preheated oven to 180°C…

… and bake for 25 minutes until muffins
turn golden brown.
